Ann DiGiorgio serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Finance 500, Inc.  Ms. DiGiorgio focuses on providing high-quality compliance and risk management that supports the delivery of superior service to the clients of Finance 500.  

Ms. DiGiorgio provides decades of C-level, senior management experience and perspective for all of Finance 500’s businesses including investment banking, CD underwriting, and fixed-income sales and trading. 

Ms. DiGiorgio joined Finance 500 in 2014 and has more than 30 years of financial services industry experience, including C-level positions at BondDesk Group and UnionBanc Investment Services.  She has broad experience in securities audits and regulatory matters, holds multiple FINRA principal registrations and has served on various industry panels as well as serving as a FINRA arbitrator.  

Ms. DiGiorgio holds degrees in Business Administration and Economics and Communication, in addition to a Certificate in Fiduciary Management.
