Mr. Rigsby is Chairman and CEO of Finance 500, Inc. (“F500), a full-service broker dealer and professional services firm dedicated to serving the funding needs, business performance and risk management priorities of banks and credit unions nationwide. Finance 500 uniquely aligns institutional funding and investment services with ERM (Enterprise Risk Management), strategic and capital planning solutions. Rigsby recently led the business integration of Finance 500 and CB Resource, Inc. The companies collectively serve over 1,200 institutions nationwide. In addition to his role as Chairman and CEO of Finance 500, Mr. Rigsby serves as a managing member of RMB Group, LLC, the holding company of Finance 500.

Rigsby is a member of the Board of Directors of FNBC Bank based in Arkansas.

Rigsby is also a faculty member at the Pacific Coast Bankers School (“PCBS”) in Bellevue, Washington. PCBS partners with the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington to provide a national three-year bank executive graduate level program. Mr. Rigsby teaches strategic and capital planning to 2nd and 3rd year students.

Prior to forming CB Resource, Inc. and other ventures, he was an Executive Vice President of California Federal Bank responsible for their $15 billion branch network, business banking group, banking operations, marketing and advertising, and loan services.

Additionally, he was President and CEO of Cal Fed’s wholly-owned subsidiaries which included their financial services group with 70 Series 7 and 650 Series 6 representatives, their consumer finance company, and their National Insurance Agency.

Jeff is a published author, his latest book, “Mastering Strategy: Insights of the World’s Greatest Leaders and Thinkers” (McGraw-Hill 2003).

He also speaks at numerous national and global events with an emphasis on strategic performance, disruptive strategies, board governance and building a sustainable competitive edge.

Mr. Rigsby earned his Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He also holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses.
